this is a photograph i took of up coming comedian Matt Richardson, which was chosen for his agencies website, Lisa Thomas Management.

in the city

this was an experimentation on layer different city images in acetone over different paper so that the man stood out.

screen print session

these are photos of the process's i went through to get my final out come for print and graphics. printing on the grey mountboard worked great because it gave a slightly grainy effect. all but 3 prints worked out, and i also played with the positioning of the 24 to see which worked best.

final g

this g was drawn by fine-liner and makes the non-drawn circle in the the g more noticeable as they are darker. overall it works better than the filled in version.

numberwang

this are experimental designs with the new font i created, putting them into context. i only used the numbers for these as i wanted the characters to be quite large. the blue works particularly well and i like the form of circles in the 91 design.

context

this was to see if my font worked with my metropolis brief. utopia works slightly better. the a is my favourite of the letters
